My best friend John.....

is quickly approaching his ten year anniversary. He and his wife are going to Kauai, Hawaii in June. Great eh? there's only one problem.... He weighs 210 lbs and is in no condition to be showing off his belly to the beautiful masses on the gorgeous beaches of Kauai. Therefore, in a true show of best friendship, I will be keeping his butt accountable till he reaches 185 lbs. I will make a post everyweek on Friday's to keep the masses updated as to his progress. I love you John. You will hate me for this. That's ok though. Your wife will thank me and in time, so will you. - Derek
